Around 1942 it began wholesaling in Santa Coloma and the surrounding area, and in 1957 it opened the Casa Paredes sausage factory. By 2005 it had three stalls in the old Fondo market; in 2009 it opened the shop at Avinguda de la Generalitat, 68, and since 2013 it has held stall 5 in the Mercat del Fondo and stall 41 in La Salut market in Badalona.
