This page brings together the owner’s information and the general terms for using Chisan’s website, catalog and participation features. The discovery plugin has a dedicated section within these terms. Paid service offers, when available, have their own terms, which must be shown before purchase.

The service
Chisan connects people with food and drink producers through a catalog of reviewed information. Browsing the public catalog is free and requires no account. A producer’s inclusion, ordering and editorial review cannot be bought.
Published information
Catalog coverage is incomplete and information may be outdated or contain errors. Published products, prices and hours are recorded information; they do not confirm live stock, current prices or opening status. Distances are approximate and straight-line. Confirm what you need with the producer before travelling or buying.
Confirming a profile’s owner does not certify all its information. Certifications are shown with their recorded scope; Chisan is not the certifying body. You can report errors or request a correction through contact.
Contact, purchases and visits
Phone, email, WhatsApp and shop links lead to the producer’s channels. A message link may prepare a draft but does not send it. Chisan does not place food orders, process their payments or book visits. Purchases or bookings are made with the producer or the provider identified in the external channel, under their terms. Check prices, taxes, shipping costs, availability and applicable cancellation or return conditions there.
Accounts and contributions
Use your account and the permissions assigned to you without impersonating other people or producers. Provide accurate information and share only text and images you have the right to contribute for the requested use. Change proposals are reviewed before publication. Paying for a service or managing a profile does not authorize false information or substantiate its claims.
Use of content
You may share links to Chisan profiles. Public access does not make text, trademarks or photographs free of rights or grant a general reuse license. Respect authorship, each source’s terms and specific image permissions. If you believe content infringes your rights, report it through contact, identifying the profile and affected content.
Chisan plugin for ChatGPT and Codex
The discovery plugin reads public catalog information. It does not grant access to private accounts or allow publishing changes, sending messages, buying or paying. Searches may send Chisan the terms, filters and search-centre coordinates supplied by the assistant. The full conversation is not part of these queries. The assistant provider applies its own terms and privacy policy.

Changes and rights
Chisan will update these terms when the service changes; the date shown identifies this version. These terms do not limit rights granted by applicable law, including consumer rights where relevant.
