How they work
Cría vacuno en pastoreo extensivo entre bosques y prados, con forrajes de la propia explotación. En los últimos meses de cebo complementa el forraje con cereal producido y molido en la finca. Tras el sacrificio, recibe las canales en su sala, las madura en frío, las despieza y envasa la carne al vacío.
