Cría sus vinos en una bodega subterránea de 3.433 metros cuadrados, con calados de hasta 200 metros de largo a más de diez metros de profundidad, donde guarda 12.900 barricas bordelesas. Su taller de tonelería construye a mano todas las barricas que usa en la crianza.
