The plan photographed at the venue places the drinks area between the La Mercè stage and the Slow Food market, but does not identify individual stands, so we do not mark producer positions on it. Stand signs confirm Kibus Beer and Birra 08 among the breweries selected by Barcelona Beer Festival, as well as L’Olivera, Rabassaires, Celler Nessu and LOV Ferments in the drinks area. We link producers published on Chisan who have their own stand, are named as ingredient producers in dishes, or take part in programme activities. We exclude the 14 restaurants, which are not production units; ingredients without a named producer; the distributor DeCollserola; Organic Africa Chocolate, which produces in Sierra Leone; and Mellow Sheng, which we are still reviewing. Delacrem has two workshops in Barcelona and does not specify which makes the Terra range: we link to delaCrem Creativa, presented as its workshop and project space. The fair’s location is different from the production sites shown on the map.
