How they work
Trabaja solo con la leche ecológica de dos explotaciones: Ecofranch, productor ecológico del Pirineo con vacas Brown Swiss, y La Reula, finca lechera del Alt Urgell con vacas frisonas de su propio rebaño. Fue pionera en España en elaborar un queso de pasta blanda con leche cruda de vaca y solo tres semanas de maduración, el Tou dels Til·lers.
