How to read this calendar
It shows how each crop's average harvest is spread through the year in the chosen area: the province, its autonomous community or Spain as a whole.
“Best moment” is the months with most of the harvest; “in season”, the months with at least 5% of the yearly harvest. Crops under 50 tonnes a year in an area are not shown there.
It is an average for 2014–2016, not a forecast for this season or a producer's stock: weather, variety and greenhouses bring each harvest forward or back. Ask the producer what they have now.
